Contacted plumber with an overflowing expansion pipe. He came out and had a look then went away without any solution. When I contacted him again he said he didn't want the job as it was "too awkward". No other reason given. Not sure if he simply didn't know what he was doing or whether there was not enough money in it. A waste of time.
