Oh dear. Entered the shop because the door was unlocked and it was before closing time. No one around so started to look at some items. Next thing a woman- I assume the owner-came out of the back shop, phone glued to her ear and still talking to the caller. Without taking the phone away from her ear, I got a gruff, sorry were closed, at which point she turned away and walked off. Despite almost shouting when you will reopen, I was singularly ignored.1. Lock your door if you are closed and dont want customers.2. Taking your phone from your ear for all of 10 seconds and paying some attention to a customer who would then return and purchase something is good practice.I wont return.
